Established in 2000, IDS wines were born of the knowledge that too
few high quality Kosher wines existed on today's market. The appreciation
of fine wines enhances our lives in manners far too numerous: to
honour a meal among friends, embellish a special occasion or mark
an exceptional event. Our goal is to fill this need by producing
wines which are both of exceptional quality and demonstrate irreproachable
Kosher practices: this is the philosophy and the very essence of
IDS.
Of course, the creation of a Kosher Grand Cru is a process to be
undertaken without compromise: the selection of the most renowned
territories, meticulous working of the earth and vines, winemaking
that respects the essence of the grape... From the excellence of
our chosen domains to the passion and dedication of our Rabbinical
teams, we leave nothing to chance in our mission to offer you the
best and most pure expression of each vineyards' glory in their
Kosher versions.
Supervision by the most Righteous of religious leaders

– USA ; Kehal Yereim Paris) and recognized by trusted international
oenological experts (Wine Spectator, Robert Parker, Decanter, Revue
des Vins de France...) is our reward, simultaneously permitting
us to propose a selection of wines in a quality never before seen
in the Kosher domain.
