in the 90’s, these wines are the product of harvesting from
a selection of micro-plots isolated on the best soils of their properties.
The vines are cared for meticulously, as a garden would be, and
the winemaking process is carried out with the utmost attention
to detail and in very small volumes. These cosseted vintages represent
the quintessence of each of their respective domains. This exaggerated
indulgence can also be found in wines that boast a balance of strength
and density. Blessed with long aging periods, these wines marry
beautifully with highly seasoned and spicy cuisine. This selection
of vintages to be cellared is most attractive indeed.
